We arrange holidays, cruises, tailor-made travel, group trips, corporate and incentive travel, gifting and special experiences, combining personal service with access to an extensive network of trusted travel partners and suppliers.

You still have access to an enormous choice of travel, but with real people helping you navigate it. We take the time to understand what matters to you, research the options, help shape your trip and manage the booking, rather than leaving you to piece everything together yourself.

SUMA Travel looks after you throughout your enquiry, planning and booking. Your travel arrangements are booked through EFR Travel Ltd using its established booking systems, supplier relationships and travel infrastructure. You’ll deal with SUMA, while we work through EFR behind the scenes to manage your booking.

We’ll give you clear payment instructions as part of the booking process, including what is due and when. Payments for your travel arrangements are made through the appropriate EFR Travel booking and payment systems.

Not necessarily. Deposit and balance requirements vary depending on what you’re booking, the supplier and how far in advance you’re travelling. We’ll explain the payment schedule clearly before you confirm your booking.

Where applicable, travel arrangements booked through SUMA Travel are provided through EFR Travel Ltd and benefit from the relevant financial protection applying to your booking. EFR Travel Ltd is an ABTA member (J6269 and W5823) and holds ATOL 5856. The protection that applies will depend on the travel arrangements you book and will be detailed in your booking documentation.

We don’t disappear once your booking is confirmed. SUMA remains your point of contact and we’ll be here to help with questions, documentation and the arrangements relating to your trip right through to departure.

Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help you understand your options. Changes and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking and the relevant travel supplier or suppliers, and charges may apply.

We strongly recommend arranging appropriate travel insurance as soon as you book. Your cover should be suitable for your destination, the activities you’re planning, your personal circumstances and the value of your trip.

It is your responsibility to make sure you meet the passport, visa, health and entry requirements for your destination. Requirements can change, so we recommend checking the latest official travel advice for every country you’re visiting before you travel.
